Fix The Springbank Intersection
Earlier this month, Nadia Clancy and the Labor party announced a commitment of $20 million to fix the Springbank Road, Goodwood Road, Daws Road intersections, removing the two "T" junctions and replacing them with a single signalized intersection.
A day later, after months of delays and stalling the State Liberal Government and local Federal MP Nicolle Flint announced their plan, which leaves the dog leg intersection in place and adds new lanes to the road.
The Liberal plan includes adding new lanes, which may only increase congestion and delays faced by motorist.
The Liberal's solution is just like the one-way expressway, someone else will have to fix it after they are gone.
